Celebrating 20 Years of Service

August 28, 1998 was the day this little company started. I was 23 years old and it was my first day on my own after quitting my job in the IT Department at a local College. I had already secured the bones of Dillenburger Microscope Company from Robert Dillenburger. The company has been dormant in a storage container for a few years after the hard-earned retirement of Bob at the age of 82. My father, Douglas E Bolden, who trained under Bob for many years, agreed to come on and teach me the ropes. A million lessons and the tragic passing of my father after the first 11 years, and I am still here.

I would like to thank all the customers and friends who have supported me and my company over the years. You will never know how much you all mean to me. I also would like to thank my father for helping me that first decade. He died as not only my father, but my business partner and best friend. Rest in peace.
